• Maintain and enforce client schedules
• Drive clients to outside meetings and appointments
• Client Meal Coordination
• Enforce Client Rules
• Assist Nurses as Needed (with operational tasks)
• Lead Morning Medication Group
• Ensure up to date documentation and communication related to client issues, incidents, scheduling and operational tasks
• Complete Client Intake Process and Documentation
• Complete Verification of Client Benefits (VOBs)
• Client Property and Person searches
• Laundry and Minor cleaning projects
• Complete Environment of Care safety checks
