Cadence Hospice

The Health and Human Services Intern observes and assists various members of the Hospice Team as he/she functions as an active member of the health team in accordance with the physician’s orders and the written plan of care, providing companionship and emotional support to patients and families in keeping with the patient/family’s belief system. The Intern observes and assists the Interdisciplinary Team in understanding the significant emotional support required by the patient and/or family.
